there were 2 girls, Belinda and Carol, who loved pets…all pets. While they were growing up,neighbors often asked them to take care of their pets while on vacation. When they met each other, they realized that together they could start a pet sitting business…..
and so became the Furry Godmothers
Basic Service:
We will come to your home, take care of your pet(s) as you have instructed. We will bring in your mail, newspapers; turn on/off lights; water plants; security check; set out garbage and/or bring in after pickup.
We have been pet sitting in the north suburbs of the Denver area since 1986, and expanded to Frederick and the Tri-City area in 2014.
Our love of pets presented us the opportunity to become independent businesswomen.
We will be happy to provide care to all of your pets, guaranteeing that while you are away they will be well taken care of, played with, exercised, and your house will have a ‘lived in’ look.

We have clients we are celebrating 20 years with this year, thru several sets of pets, and also keep keys to several clients houses to be available when they have short notice trips.
So many petsitters start out thinking this is an easy job but it takes dedication, and a true love of animals to be successful. You have to be responsible, have an affinity for animals, and a loyalty to your customers and their owners. I have given shots, pills, IV fluids, warmed food and eyedroppers of medication. Because of my extensive experience, my vet even recommends me as a sitter to other clients she treats. To us, taking care of pets is a passion, not a business.
